Life can be a tough gig sometimes. You may be experiencing a challenging stage in life, a conflicted state of mind, or a difficulty within yourself that keeps on returning to trouble you. When things reach a point where you feel you don't want to deal with it all by yourself, it can help to talk to someone who is independent from every other area of your life. Someone whose job it is to listen, bring other perspectives, help you explore things. Working with a trained professional in a confidential setting can be helpful in gaining valuable insight into your situation, and bringing about much-needed change. You don’t have to suffer in silence.


I support people who want to work with:


  • Emotional issues such as anxiety, depression, low self-esteem/confidence, high sensitivity (‘HSP’s).


  • Situational issues such as stress, grief, lack of assertiveness, lack of direction or meaning.


  • Recovery from childhood/developmental trauma, C-PTSD, growing up as a Third-Culture Kid (‘TCK’s).
